Toni Lee Corne

Toni Lee Corne passed away peacefully, on Friday, July 08, 2022, at her residence in Holden, Louisiana surrounded by her family, at the age of 80.  She was born on Wednesday, April 1, 1942, in Alexandria, LA and was raised in New Orleans. She raised her children in St. Bernard Parish and moved to Holden in March 2005.  Toni retired as Executive Director with the Louisiana State Board of CPAs after 20 years of service.

Toni is survived by her loving family: her daughter, Robinn Duplantis and her husband, James; her son, Anthony “Tony” P. Gillespie and his wife, Deborah; and grandchildren, Ethan Paul Gillespie and Kathryn Renee Gillespie.

Preceded in death by her parents, Mary Gautier and Alwyn A. Corne.

In accordance with Toni’s wishes, no services will be held.
