Stephanie Pierce

Stephanie Pierce passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at Belle Maison Nursing Home, Hammond, Louisiana, at the age of 88.

She was born in Cleveland, Ohio to the late William and Mary Petrovani Hursky on Thursday, September 5, 1935.  She moved from Brunswick, Ohio to Hammond to be closer to her son.  She dearly loved and cherished her family.

Stephanie was preceded in death by her twin sister, Jennie Meyers; and brothers, William, John, Michael, and George.

Stephanie is survived by her children, Carl Hursky of Hammond, LA, Mary Smith of Lodi, Ohio, Katherine Huntsman of Chippewa Lake, Ohio, Monty Pierce of Tennessee, and Jane Baker of Jefferson City, Tennessee. Also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.  Her kindness and love for her family will be remembered by all.
