Sidney is survived by his sister, Barbara Fava Pellegrini, and nephew, Michael Joseph Pellegrini.

Preceded in death by his parents, Josephine Chiappetta Fava and Sidney Salvadore Fava, Sr.

A private graveside service will be held in Greenwood Cemetery, New Orleans, Louisiana.
