Sharon Vernice Dean

Sharon Vernice Dean passed away on Saturday, September 26, 2020 in Hammond, Louisiana at the age of 68.  She was born on Tuesday, February 12, 1952 in Hattiesburg, Mississippi and resided in Springfield, Louisiana.

Sharon is survived by her beloved children, Christine Hebert, Dawn Marie Hay, Chasity Kinchen, and J.W. Christman; stepchildren; Elizabeth Ramsey and Amanda Ramsey; siblings, Madeline Dean, Diane Day, Karen Carter, and Carl Dean; Also survived by 18 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

Preceded in death by her parents, J.W. and Vida Vernice Jones Dean; and her granddaughter, Sharon Hay.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Sharon's Life on Saturday, October 3, 2020 in the chapel of LN Hughes Funeral Services, 21400 South I-12 Service Road, Ponchatoula, Louisiana beginning at 10:00 am followed by a tribute to Sharon at 1:00 pm.
