Patricia "Patsy" Neville Montegut

Patricia “Patsy” Neville Montegut passed away on Sunday, July 24, 2022, in Hammond, Louisiana at the age of 91.  She was born on Saturday, September 27, 1930, in New Orleans, Louisiana.  She resided in the Greater New Orleans area for many years prior to her retirement.  Patsy had a beautiful smile, was a very positive and strong woman, and loved everyone.

Patsy is survived by her loving family: her three sons, Charles “Chuck” Montegut, Jr. (Johnny Leblanc), Randolph “Randy” Montegut, and John “Chris” Montegut (Melissa); grandchildren, Randy II, Luke, and Vivian Montegut; and sister, Carolyn Scanlan. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by her husband, Charles Montegut, Sr.; daughter, Cynthia Marie Montegut; parents, Wenonah Stewart and Arthur J. Neville, Sr.; and brothers, John “Jack” Neville and Arthur J. Neville, Jr.

A celebration of Patsy’s life will be held at a later date.
