Michael Anthony Graham

Michael “Mumbles, Red, Mike” Anthony Graham passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 24, 2021, at age 54.  Mike was born on Friday, December 23, 1966 in Independence, LA and resided in Loranger, LA.  He enjoyed a good cold beer, hunting, fishing, spending time with his family, friends, kids, grandkids, and five fur-babies.

Mike is survived by his beloved wife of 28 years, Rose Pierson Graham; children, Joseph McAlister (Amber), Brian Pierson, Ryan Pierson (Paula), Justin Strickland, and Elizabeth Lewis; and special family, James Shurley and Kelly Gill; siblings, Donald (Duck) Stuart, Melvin Graham, Dottie Faye Tillman, David Lewis, and Nug Pierson; grandchildren, Mckayla McAlister, Brianna & Brynnly Pierson, Jace and Conner Strickland, Christa and Kadyn Lewis; and fur baby, Bella.

Preceded in death by parents, Melvin Graham and Ruby Avants, and Sue Pierson; siblings, Shirley Greenlee, Hulon Graham, and Frank Pierson; and grandson, Karson Husser.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service in the chapel of LN Hughes Funeral Services, 21400 South I-12 Service Rd., Ponchatoula, LA on Sunday, March 28, 2021 at 12:00 pm.  The visitation will be held on Saturday, March 27, 2021 from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm and Sunday from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm.

Interment will follow in Loranger Cemetery, Loranger, LA.

Serving as pallbearer: Ryan Pierson, Justin Strickland, James Shurley, Sid Berthelot, Kenny Wayne Graham, and Hulon Bubbie Graham.  Honorary pallbearers, Kadyn Lewis, Jace and Conner Strickland.
