Mary Anne Bryant Barton

Mary Anne Barton passed away on Wednesday, August 14, 2024, surrounded by her family, in Covington, Louisiana.  She was born on Saturday, August 11, 1945, in Hammond, Louisiana.

She was a former resident of New Orleans and was residing in Covington prior to her passing. She will be remembered for her warm spirit, open heart, keen intellect, and her love of friends, family, and her home state of Louisiana.

Mary Anne was a beloved sister, auntie and friend.  She is survived by her brother, L. Marshal Bryant, and her four nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by her parents, Perrie Lou Milner and William Marcus Bryant.

Mary Anne will be interred alongside her parents in Greensboro, Georgia, at a later date.
