Mark Mccloud Griggs

Mark McCloud Griggs passed away on Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at the age of 64. He was born on Tuesday, June 4, 1957.

A lifelong resident of Ponchatoula, Mark could often be found working in his wood shop, enjoying time with his family on the Tangipahoa River, or having lunch around town with one of his many friends.

He was a loving and attentive father, husband, and brother, whose most cherished moments were sitting on the porch with his family on slow, quiet afternoons. Mark was a kind, gentle, and generous man, a mentor to many, who brought joy to the people around him.

Mark is survived by his wife Donna, his daughters Hannah and Haeden, his brother Jay, and his niece Bobbie.

Preceded in death by his parents, Jay Miles Griggs, Jr. and Gloria Pittman Griggs.

A Celebration of Mark's Life will take place on Saturday, October 9, 2021 from 2PM to 5PM at 23598 Will Richardson Road, Ponchatoula, LA 70454.
