Lois Lavita Evans Bowman

Lois Lavita Evans Bowman passed away on Friday, April 28, 2023 in Ponchatoula, Louisiana, at the age of 30.  She was born on Saturday, January 16, 1993 in Hammond and was a lifelong resident of Ponchatoula.  Lois was a loving wife, mother, daughter, and friend.

Lois is survived by her husband, Joshua Jacob Bowman; their children, Colby Finley Bowman and Christian Michael Bowman; mother, Sunday O’Sullivan; sister, Patricia Ann; aunt, Lois Clausen; and mother-in-law, Mary Bowman.

Preceded in death by her stepfather, Petey McCrory, and grandmother, JoAnn O’Sullivan.

A private Celebration of Lois’s Life was held in the chapel of LN Hughes Funeral Services, 21400 South I-12 Service Road, Ponchatoula, Louisiana on Friday, May 5, 2023.
