Jenny found happiness in life’s simple pleasures and had a gift for turning ordinary moments into treasured memories.

Jennifer Lynn Mascair, lovingly known as Jenny, passed away on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at her home in Spring City, Tennessee. She was born on Tuesday, November 2, 1954, in Biloxi, Mississippi, and will be remembered as a woman whose warmth, joy, and love for her family shaped the lives of those around her.

Jenny found happiness in life’s simple pleasures and had a gift for turning ordinary moments into treasured memories. She was an avid bingo player who made every game a celebration, finding delight not only in the numbers called but in the friendships, laughter, and joy that came with each gathering. She also loved the thrill of garage sales, where she delighted in discovering vintage pieces and rare collectibles. For Jenny, the true pleasure was not only in the hidden gems she found, but in sharing those finds and the excitement of the search with family and friends.

Above all else, she found her greatest joy in being a mother and grandmother. Her proudest accomplishments were rooted in the love she gave to her children and grandchildren and in the lasting memories she created with them. Time spent with her family was where her heart was fullest, and those moments will remain a lasting gift to the ones she loved most.

Jenny is survived by her beloved husband, James David Mascair; her sons, Donald Craig Davis and Christopher Alan Mascair; her daughter and son-in-law, Athena Nicole and Kyle Weinberger; her mother, Cora Eloise Myers Latham Smith; her brothers, Michael Latham (Dale) and Bert Latham; and her sister, Lora Smith. She also leaves behind five beloved grandchildren, Dakota Lynn Sticker, Peyton Nicole Weinberger, Caisen James Mascair, Coraleigh Jane Mascair, and Marley Marie Weinberger, each of whom held a special place in her heart.

She was preceded in death by her father, Earl Latham.
