Donald R. Vicknair, Sr. passed away on Thursday, November 18, 2021 at his residence in Tickfaw, Louisiana at the age of 58.  He was born on Monday, July 1, 1963 in Independence, Louisiana.

Donald is survived by his loving family: his children, Donald Vicknair, Jr., Amanda Vicknair, Gary Vicknair, Lemuel Driggers, Shane Driggers, and Stephanie Overman; siblings, Jacob Vicknair, Jr. and Connie Vicknair; also survived by 10 grandchildren.

Preceded in death by his beloved wife, Robbie Vicknair; son, Eddie Driggers; and parents, Jacob and JoAnn Vicknair.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service in the chapel of LN Hughes Funeral Services, 21400 South I-12 Service Road, Ponchatoula, Louisiana on Wednesday, November 24, 2021 at 12:30 pm.  The visitation will begin at 10:00 am and continue until service time.

Interment will follow in Old Zion Hill Cemetery, Independence, Louisiana.
