Christine Mccahill Stoetzner

Christine McCahill Stoetzner passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 18, 2024, at her residence in Hammond, Louisiana at the age of 68. She was born on Saturday, January 14, 1956, in Independence, Louisiana.  She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. Family get-togethers were always a very special time.

Christine is survived by her children, Steven Stoetzner (Alisha), Jimmy Stoetzner, and Ashley Stoetzner; grandchildren, Macy, Hunter, Fisher, Samantha, Callie, Landyn, Daisy, Ryan, Dory, and Bella; sister, Sandra Garbett (Frank); and brother, John Paul McCahill. Also survived by three great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by her parents, Leona LeBlanc and Vincent McCahill; and 10 siblings.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service in the chapel of LN Hughes Funeral Services, 21400 South I-12 Service Road, Ponchatoula, Louisiana on Thursday, May 30, 2024, at 12:00 pm.  The visitation will begin at 10:00 am until 12:00 pm.

Interment will follow in Wetmore Cemetery.
