Christi Lynn Baham, affectionately known to many as "Mom," "Lynn," and "Lynnie Gal," passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 22, 2025, in Ponchatoula, Louisiana, surrounded by the love of her children. Born on Tuesday, May 15, 1956, in New Orleans, Christi lit up the lives of those around her with her vibrant spirit and warm heart.

A passionate cake decorator, Lynn's creativity and culinary skills brought joy to countless family gatherings, birthdays, and celebrations. Her delectable creations were a testament to her love for bringing people together and creating memories. She cherished spending time with her family and friends, often found laughing contagiously while playing dice or cards and listening to music. Lynn had an innate ability to offer a listening ear, making her a confidante and source of comfort for many. Her kindness and empathy greatly enriched the lives she touched.

Aside from her talents in the kitchen, Lynn was celebrated for the deep love and appreciation she held for her family and friends. She leaves behind her treasured children, Melissa Baham, Joshua Baham, and Christopher Gouedy (Lindsay); as well as her siblings, Kitty, Pam, and Terri. Mom's legacy continues through her grandchildren, Jade, Christian, Sebastian, Zoey, Conner, Reagan, Carson, Alexia, Quentin, Riley, Kara, Nathan, and Tyler, and great-grandchildren, Macy, Lizzy, Collins, River, and Wrenley. Each of them carries a piece of her heart and spirit, a reminder that her love is woven into the fabric of their lives.

Lynn is welcomed into the eternal embrace of her beloved husband, Robert Baham, as well as her parents, Neola "Kelly" Jenkins and Lucien Gouedy. She is also reunited with her brother Leroy, and her dear friend Jeannie, who surely await her with open arms.

As we celebrate Christi Lynn Baham, we honor the laughter, love, and memories she gifted us. Her spirit will live on in our hearts, forever a reminder of the importance of family, friendship, and the joy found in life's simple pleasures.

A Celebration of Lynn's Life will be held at a later date.
