Cassy will be remembered as a woman who dearly loved her children, her parents, and her extended family.

Cassandra Inez Arnold, lovingly known as Cassy, passed away on Monday, August 24, 2026, in Ponchatoula, Louisiana. She was born on Friday, November 16, 1979, in Covington, Louisiana.

Cassy will be remembered as a woman who dearly loved her children, her parents, and her extended family. She found joy in the simple and meaningful moments of life, especially time spent with those she loved most. Her days were brightened by hunting and fishing, woodworking, and being with her family and dear friends. She also enjoyed Louisiana seafood, especially crawfish and crabs, every chance she would get. Some of her happiest times were going out to dinner with her parents, spending quality time with her dad, and boating and kayaking on the Tangipahoa River.

Cassy's memory will be cherished by her son, Shawn Pinion; daughters, Kaia Blow and Jasmyne Blow; and son, Joshua Blow. She is also survived by her parents, Ricky and Millie Arnold; brothers, Ricky Arnold and Marshal “Clay” Arnold; dear friend, Cory McGregor; cousin, Keith Blow; aunt and uncle, Bobbie and James V. Menona; and aunts, Carolyn Bennett and Paula Hutchinson. Also survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins, extended family, and dear friends.

She was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Evelyn Rose; nephew, Nathan Arnold; and grandparents, Henry and Inez Arnold and Verna and James Menona.

Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation on Saturday, August 29, 2026, from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the chapel of LN Hughes Funeral Services, 21400 S I-12 Service Rd, Ponchatoula, Louisiana. The funeral service will follow at 5:00 p.m. with Pastor Jeffery Ellis presiding. A graveside service will then be held at Arnold Cemetery, Hammond, Louisiana.

Cassy’s love for her family, her enjoyment of the outdoors, and the special memories she created with those closest to her will remain in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
