Carol S Prevost

Carol S. Prevost passed away on Sunday, February 9, 2025 at her residence in Loranger, Louisiana, at the age of 70.  She was born on Tuesday, December 28, 1954 in Hammond, LA.

Carol is survived by her beloved husband, James Prevost, Sr.; sons, Nathan Prevost, Jacob Prevost (Rebecca), and James Prevost (Kimberly); daughter, Patricia Prevost; sisters, Virginia Newman Jarreau and Elizabeth Newman Theard; grandchildren, Cory, Tina (Jacob), Cody, Shawn, Josh (Hannah), and Connor Prevost, and Emily and Brandon Handy. Also survived by 4 great-grandchildren and many family members and friends.

Preceded in death by her daughter, Tina Chantell Prevost; and her sister, Pat Miller.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Visitation in the chapel of LN Hughes Funeral Services, 21400 South I-12 Service Road, Ponchatoula, Louisiana on Thursday, February 13, 2025, from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm.  The funeral service will begin at 12:00 pm.

Interment will follow in Marvin Prevost Memorial Cemetery, Loranger, LA.
