Brenden Victor Menzer passed away on Saturday, April 1, 2023, at the age of 27, after succumbing to epilepsy at his residence in Abita Springs, Louisiana. He was born on Saturday, January 27, 1996, in Houma, Louisiana, and lived in Thibodaux until 2014 when his family relocated to Abita Springs.

Brenden is survived by his loving parents, Lauryn Henrikson Hymel and Adam Joseph Hymel; his siblings, Brittanie Menzer, Adam Hymel Jr., Hannah Hymel, Miley Hymel, Camilla Menzer, Kalli Menzer, and Rowan Menzer; and his beloved nephew, Liam Menzer. He is also survived by his grandparents, Margaret and Larry Henrikson, and Bruce and Iris Hymel, as well as numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends who will all deeply miss him.

A Celebration of Brenden's Life will be held at a later date for close family members to honor his memory and celebrate the joy he brought to their lives.
